John Kaiser

Company Director, Licenced Builder, Member of New Zealand Certified Builders, father of four & keen fisherman (when he can find the time…)

Kaiser Construction is a locally run building business and a member of New Zealand Certified Builders. Owner John Kaiser is passionate about building and has over 20 years of experience building in both Auckland and Northland.

After wanting to be a builder from the age of 12 when he watched his family home being built. John spent his apprenticeship in commercial construction with a wide range of learning, from concrete high rise buildings to warehouse construction and shop fit-outs. He then moved on to residential housing working mostly on architecturally designed homes. John is very experienced in renovations and additions having worked on many over the years. He loves standing back and looking at the finished result of his work.

As a family man with four children, John is committed to the local area and community. The Kaiser Construction team is a mix of fully qualified builders and apprentices. The team pays attention to detail and offers customers a personal approach. The quality of their work speaks for itself and they have often been rehired by the same clients.
