A 1930’s Bungalow with views over the Whangarei Heads Harbor. Renovated and extended by the Kaiser Construction Team.

With a 1980s ‘sunroom’ and a dated feel this Bungalow was in sore need of a renovation. The Kaiser Construction team spent half a year bringing her back to life with new flooring, a new floorplan and extra space for the family. Working with Next Edition Kitchens the family now have the kitchen of their dreams with its massive island that will surely be the focal point of family get togethers from now on.

What was a cold 1980s sunroom tacked on has been removed and replaced by a stunning family living space - with large windows from Elite Windows to make the most of the view including the arrowslit window detail
